Gin and champagne in the same glass sounds dangerously good. Because it is. Named after a WWI cannon because of the kick. You have been warned.

A note from us

The French 75 was created with gin — the cognac version is a later variation. The gin version is sharper and more complex. Use a good London Dry gin for the most authentic result. Champagne is traditional but a good quality Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine works perfectly well.
