The shot of Prosecco on the side is non negotiable — without it you have a passion fruit cocktail, not a Pornstar Martini. Dick Bradsell who invented the drink in London in the late 1990s always served it with the Prosecco alongside.

How to make it 👨🍳
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vanilla vodka, Passoa, passion fruit puree, fresh lime juice, and sugar syrup.
Shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker is ice cold.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Cut a passion fruit in half and float one half cut-side up on the surface of the drink.
Serve the cocktail in a chilled coupe or martini glass. Serve the shot of cold Prosecco separately on the side — the tradition is to take a sip of the passion fruit martini, then a sip of the Prosecco to cleanse the palate. This is what makes a Pornstar Martini a Pornstar Martini.
