1. Who we are
Whiskn is operated by Jack Peters, trading as Whiskn, Worthing, England, UK.

2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use Whiskn.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- One account per person
- You must not share your account with others
4. Free and paid features
Whiskn offers free and paid (Whiskn+) features. Free features are available to all registered users. Whiskn+ features require an active paid subscription.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Whiskn+ is billed monthly at £3.99 or annually at £29.99
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
6. Refunds
- You have a 14 day cooling off period from your first subscription payment under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
- To request a refund within 14 days contact hello@whiskn.com
- After 14 days subscriptions are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
- If we are unable to provide the service we will issue a full refund
7. Your content
- You own the recipes and content you create on Whiskn
- By posting content you grant Whiskn a licence to display it on the platform
- You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive or belongs to someone else
- We may remove content that violates these terms
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Post false, misleading or harmful recipes or content
- Harass, abuse or harm other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- Use the platform for spam or commercial promotion without permission
- Post content that infringes copyright or intellectual property
9. Recipe disclaimer
Recipes on Whiskn are provided for informational purposes only. Always check ingredient labels for allergens. Nutritional values shown are estimates only. Cooking times and results may vary. We are not responsible for outcomes from following recipes.
10. AI features disclaimer
AI powered features provide suggestions only and should not be treated as professional dietary, nutritional or medical advice. Supermarket price estimates are approximate and may not reflect current prices.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Whiskn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes to the service
We may update or change features of Whiskn at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
